All components can be manufactured in a wide range of high gloss colours matching original manufacturers colors where required, which are applied during the manufacturing process.

No Painting Required means -

  • substantial cost savings
  • excellent factory finish every time
  • minor scratches and abrasions can be polished out, as the colour runs right through the panel

Alternatively, all components can be supplied in our renowned

Ready-to-Paint

finish, which means exactly what it says. You do not need to fill, file or sand as we have done all of this for you. Your painter will love these
components as he has no work to do before spraying.

All ARD components are pre-drilled ready to fit straight on to your
bike. Provided the original brackets are still on you bike, everything
fits straight out of the box. Again, there is no work for you to do as
we have done everything we possibly can for you.

Some components, like the Ducati seat/tail units, are even jig-fitted
with OEM parts such as the lock plate and hinges.

ARD seat and tail units for bikes such as the Yamaha R6 have a
proprietary ARD jig-fitted component beneath to ensure that
they really do fit the existing Yamaha brackets.
This seat really is a doddle to fit.

All components are available in carbon fibre, or for road applications, carbon backed with fibreglass.

Dzus fasteners are fitted as standard to our race fairings and are available at extra cost for road use.

Race Seat/Tail Units

All solo race seats are supplied with a stick on high density foam rubber seat base cut to size and shape. Alternatively, we can supply an uncut piece which you can taylor to your own dimensions!

We manufacture seat fitting kits for a limited range of race seats. The cost saving in busted hacksaw blades alone will probably pay for the kit!

Race Components

We can supply light-weight fairings and seats with the correctly coloured number plates manufactured into them. There is a small extra charge for this but the professional finish is far superior to that wrinkly fablon look.

Screens

We can supply screens to suit almost any model as well as those on our price list. You can specify clear or brown or grey tints. A wide range of colours can also be specified to order, including
